ORDERING

Can I change something/add something to my order?
Please be sure to check your orders before final payment. Once the order is placed no changes can be made. Another order can be placed, but any incorrect orders will have to go via our usual return process.
How do I know the correct size?
Tees are designed for a comfortable fit. All tees have a detailed sizing chart that accompanies the product photos. Please check this against your own measurements or a similar garment you already own.
What can I do if I product I want is out of stock?
If the item you want is sold out, we will be in the process of re-ordering new stock. The estimated date that we expect the new stock to arrive will be noted on the product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Infamous Friends accepts payments via PayPal and also via Visa and Mastercard.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much does shipping cost?
Infamous Friends is an Australia-based label. We ship FREE to anywhere in Australia.
International orders are shipped at a standard flat rate of $15.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment.
All orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post and can be expected to arrive within 5-7 days.
All international orders are sent via Australia Post's International Pack & Track service.
Where can I track my order?
All orders will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and link so you can get the latest status on your shipping.

 

RETURNS

What if I want to return my order?
We will happily exchange any tee you buy if the size is incorrect. If there is a fault with the tee, we'll also replace it with a new tee. Simply email shop@infamousfriends.com with all details from your order within 14 days of purchase. We’ll reply with an Return Order Number. Please include this when you return your clothing to the address noted on the email. We’ll check the returned item for any damage and send you the replacement tee.
Can I exchange my order?
All exchanges must follow the process mentioned above.
Do I have to pay the shipping when returning orders?
Yes, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (for international orders).
What do I do if the order I receive is incorrect?
We like to think that we get the small things right and send you the product you ordered. If by chance you receive an incorrect item, please email us a photo of the item along with your order details. We will send you a prepaid package so that you return the item and your replacement item will be shipped immediately.

We are committed to ensuring we send you products in perfect condition. If by chance you receive a damaged item, please email us a photo of the item along with your order details. We will send you a prepaid package so that you return the damaged item and your replacement item will be shipped immediately.
